You'll develop and maintain demand forecasts at product and customer levels, collaborating with Sales to ensure accurate demand signals flow into the S&OP process. Your work directly enables effective supply planning and inventory management for a leading industrial electrical manufacturer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts using ERP and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Sales to gather market intelligence and promotional plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of forecast error.
• Support new product introduction planning with initial demand assumptions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with statistical forecasting tools.
