💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the strategic and technical anchor for our Israel-based AI and ML functions, owning delivery of core capabilities that power our heart health platform. You'll bridge business strategy and production-grade AI execution, driving cross-organizational alignment across Product, Engineering, and Platform teams. This high-impact leadership role offers the opportunity to shape how we build and scale intelligent systems handling sensitive healthcare data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set direction, unblock teams, and drive execution cadence for AI and ML teams
• Translate strategic priorities into a concrete DS/AI roadmap and maintain it
• Run quarterly and yearly planning, present to VP for approval
• Serve as senior technical voice on AI/ML design decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a people leader managing team leads in production AI/ML
• 10+ years building and owning large-scale production AI/ML systems end-to-end for B2C products
• Deep expertise in modern AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agents, orchestration frameworks)
• Strong understanding of systems infrastructure (data pipelines, model serving)
