๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the APAC team of Technical Support Engineers
- Investigate production issues across application, API, and database layers
- Analyze logs, metrics, and data to identify root causes
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Treasury teams
๐ Requirements
- SQL proficiency for data manipulation and analysis
- Ability to read and comprehend code (e.g., for troubleshooting)
- Experience with API concepts and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Jira for issue tracking
