  • Lead and develop the APAC team of Technical Support Engineers
  • Investigate production issues across application, API, and database layers
  • Analyze logs, metrics, and data to identify root causes
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Treasury teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • SQL proficiency for data manipulation and analysis
  • Ability to read and comprehend code (e.g., for troubleshooting)
  • Experience with API concepts and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Jira for issue tracking
