🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute sales orders and account setups in Salesforce and SAP
• Process new, converted, and existing account subscriptions
• Identify and implement process improvements for operations workflows
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize cross-functional services

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, engineering, or equivalent
• 2+ years in customer support or operational support role in B2B SaaS
• Experience with subscription selling and backoffice workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
