You will lead compliance for Coupang Play, proactively managing regulatory risks related to copyright and telecommunications laws, and collaborating with internal business partners. Your work ensures the OTT service operates within legal frameworks while supporting strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Korean attorney license with 8+ years of legal/compliance experience
• Experience working with regulatory agencies (KCSC, KFTC)
• Ability to find and implement creative legal solutions

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to regulatory risks (copyright, telecommunications laws) for OTT business
• Develop creative legal solutions for compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., KCSC, KFTC)
• Educate employees on compliance matters
• Collaborate with internal business partners to align strategy and priorities
