You'll own end-to-end travel logistics for a distributed contractor workforce, booking and troubleshooting for live sporting events nationwide. Your impact ensures trips are cost-effective and resilient to last-minute changes, supporting our mission to serve underserved sports communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation in Ramp
• Align travel plans with production schedules and event timelines
• Handle real-time travel disruptions like cancellations or delays
• Track and report on travel spend trends and optimization opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in travel coordination or event operations
• Experience booking flights, hotels, and rental cars at scale
• Ability to handle last-minute changes and ambiguity without dropping details
• Excellent communication with distributed teams/contractors

• Experience with Ramp or similar travel booking platforms
• Event production or live sports background
• Vendor negotiation experience
