You'll provide enterprise-wide support by administering Atlassian tools, managing ServiceNow to Jira migrations, and optimizing systems for a leading payment technology company. You'll collaborate with DevOps to ensure stable, efficient pre-production environments and drive automation to reduce manual effort.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and configure Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) workflows and permissions
• Lead ServiceNow to Jira migration projects ensuring smooth transitions
• Monitor system performance and integrate security tools like Black Duck and Polaris
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Groovy, and C# to reduce manual effort

📋 Requirements

• Advanced Atlassian administration, customization, and integration experience
• Expertise in Black Duck and Polaris for vulnerability management and CI/CD integration
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Groovy, and C#
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with observability tools like New Relic, ELK, Zabbix, and Grafana
• Exposure to Linux and Windows system administration
