- Proven ability to lead global sales operations roadmap and technology adoption.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Experience with sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clay) and performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales performance reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis to optimize go-to-market strategy.
- Define and implement global sales operations roadmap with standardized frameworks for forecasting and pipeline management.
- Drive adoption of sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clay) and test generative AI for productivity.
- Evolve Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and dashboards for actionable insights on revenue and pipeline health.
- Coordinate cross-functionally for territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation design.
