💼 About This Role

You'll be the technical backbone of enterprise customer deployments, owning end-to-end implementation for a Fortune 500 client base. You'll translate access governance requirements into working Oleria deployments, building scalable implementation patterns and shaping the product roadmap with real-world feedback. This role offers the chance to disrupt legacy IGA with a well-funded startup backed by Salesforce Ventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery workshops with enterprise customers' identity teams
• Design and configure integration architecture with customer identity ecosystems
• Build deployment playbooks and configuration templates for repeatable implementations
• Support pre-sales POCs and proof-of-value environments to close deals

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years in implementation engineering or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS
• Deep hands-on experience with Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS IAM, or Google Workspace
• Led enterprise implementations at $100K+ ACV in production environments
• Strong engineering fundamentals: APIs, SAML/SCIM/OAuth, and scripting (Python/PowerShell)

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or ServiceNow IRM
• Experience with FedRAMP, SOC 2, or other compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
