💼 About This Role

You'll shape Fieldguide's EMEA go-to-market strategy for the largest audit and advisory firms, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Your core impact will be driving net new revenue across targeted international accounts. This role offers the chance to build the playbook for global growth in a high-impact startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive EMEA strategy across key markets and align global and local execution
  • Manage full sales cycle for strategic global accounts, from prospecting to close
  • Build executive trust and deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive with net new logo focus
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota selling complex software solutions
  • Prior experience selling to audit/advisory/assurance firms
  • Experience managing multi-regional sales efforts and complex enterprise sales cycles

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to public accounting firms in EMEA
  • Familiarity with audit or advisory software marketplace
  • Existing relationships with senior stakeholders at global firms
