You will work closely with customers and partners, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate. Your role involves exceeding sales targets, delivering product demonstrations, leading proof-of-concepts, and providing feedback to the product management team to shape future enhancements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record
• Strong presentation skills at business executive and architect levels
• Demonstrable experience with Linux, macOS, and Windows systems installation and configuration
• Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and Android/iOS
• Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope's architecture benefits to senior security management up to CISO and CIO
• Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises
• Take an active role in customer success and resolve satisfaction issues
• Create and deliver product demonstrations and gather technical requirements
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts and respond to RFIs/RFPs
