🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate strong pipelines across engineering and technical customer roles
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound campaigns
• Run structured first-round screens to assess technical alignment and English fluency
• Manage scheduling and candidate flow through early interview stages

📋 Requirements

• 1-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
• Experience sourcing technical talent preferred
• Strong sourcing fundamentals and ability to build smart searches
• Excellent communication skills and strong English fluency
