You'll serve as a key accounting reference point in a fast-growing, international organization, ensuring high quality financial data and robust accounting practices. You'll take ownership of project accounting and long-term contract revenue recognition, contributing to scalable processes in an evolving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Perform high-level data validation across financial systems.
• Support project accounting with POC calculations and revenue recognition.
• Assist with payroll, tax reconciliations, and audit support.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
• 10+ years experience in general accounting or audit.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAGE, SAP, Oracle).
• Fluent English (B2 minimum).

• Knowledge of German.
• Experience in project-based environments.
• Operational knowledge of payroll and tax matters.
