You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians at a rental facility, using proprietary T3 technology to manage work orders and diagnostics. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence. This role offers monthly family dinner nights and a company-provided truck.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using proprietary tech
• Coordinate and supervise equipment mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships for satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction field
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
