💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, architecting scalable solutions and managing the end-to-end requirements lifecycle. Your work will drive process architecture design and data governance logic to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role offers global exposure across 110 countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead workshops and interviews to uncover business needs
• Design "As-Is" and "To-Be" process models (BPMN)
• Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Requirements engineering expertise including UAT management
• Process modelling proficiency in workflow mapping
• Data literacy to interpret trends and identify risks

• Experience in financial services, technology, or healthcare
• Knowledge of data governance principles
• Familiarity with BPMN tools
