💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale long-form video content for Monarch Money, a top personal finance app. You'll own the full production cycle from concept to publish, developing YouTube-first formats that demystify finance. This role is embedded with Monarch's Creative team and supported by Snowball's YouTube experts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute YouTube-first video formats aligned with brand voice
• Translate personal finance concepts into story-driven narratives
• Lead full YouTube production cycle: research, scripting, filming, post-production
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a video producer or content creator
• Experience producing YouTube-optimized long-form content
• Proven ability to make complex topics clear and accessible
• Comfort owning an end-to-end production pipeline independently
