💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them restore mobility and prevent falls. You'll build your own schedule and receive consistent patient volume through our agency partner network. The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, EMR)
