💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute test automation tools and frameworks for Fivetran's data integration platform. You'll solve complex testing challenges, improve test stability and performance, and coach quality engineers. This role offers ownership of automation strategy and exposure to cutting-edge data technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review requirements and design documents for risk-focused feedback
• Design and evolve scalable automation frameworks in Java
• Build datalakes team's automation suite from scratch
• Write high-signal test strategies for complex features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software industry experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and OOP principles
• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments

✨ Nice to Have

• ETL or data pipeline validation experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools
• Exposure to datalake technologies
