💼 About This Role

You'll provide level 2/3 support for INF051 network security services at the NATO Communications and Information Agency. You'll be the CISS representative in the ESOC, ensuring secure and reliable operations for NATO's mission-critical communications and IT infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide L2/L3 support for secure web proxies and WAFs
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and remote access VPN
• Serve as CISS representative in the ESOC
• Assist other NISC work centres as needed

📋 Requirements

• Experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise networks
• Experience with DNS/DHCP, VPN, proxies, firewalls, WAF, and IDS
• Experience implementing Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in an international/multinational environment
• Knowledge of NATO security policies and directives
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Networking and PKI
