You'll join Archer's Manufacturing Engineering team to develop and execute functional test strategies for aircraft systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute functional test strategies for aircraft systems
• Define test requirements with cross-functional teams
• Implement automated test solutions for quality and throughput
• Execute functional testing in lab and on-aircraft environments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 4+ years experience in aerospace or complex system test
• Proficiency with test equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Experience with data analysis and scripting (Python or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with type certification, STC, or PMA processes
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
• Leadership or mentorship experience guiding junior engineers or technicians
