💼 About This Role

You'll lead the clinical operational infrastructure that powers Everlywell's telehealth business, building a scalable model to support rapid growth across new care modalities. You'll partner with Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to optimize platform workflows and ensure seamless integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable telehealth operational models.
• Optimize dynamic scheduling and provider capacity planning.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate clinical workflows.
• Manage vendor consolidation and platform performance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in telehealth or virtual care operations.
• Experience scaling telehealth workflows and scheduling systems.
• Strong knowledge of telehealth regulations (e.g., NCQA).
• Proven success collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
