You'll work hand in hand with engineering leadership to identify priorities, hold operations oversight meetings, and manage calendars. You'll interface with Mission Autonomy engineering, program management, and external leaders from other companies and USG Program Offices. This role ensures the right people are discussing the right things at the right times.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive calendar support to Engineering Leads
• Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings
• Draft and aggregate information for internal messaging
• Help implement operational and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting senior level executives in a corporate environment
• Experience in operations of engineering and software teams
• Experience with end-to-end project management
• Proficient in scheduling meetings in multiple time zones

• Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
