You'll grow the base of doctors for Leona, a healthcare AI platform, and ensure they become active users. Your core impact is driving lead conversion and onboarding success. You'll work closely with executive, product, and operations teams to optimize outreach and activation processes and build strong doctor relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage initial contact with prospects and qualify leads
• Execute strategy to increase lead conversion
• Guide doctors through onboarding from registration to activation
• Track adoption metrics and help users overcome barriers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed
• 2+ years experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles
• Fluid Spanish and advanced English
• Comfort with ambiguity and dynamic environments
