You'll lead a team of Value Engineers at Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, driving end-to-end customer value journeys. Your core impact is ensuring customers realize measurable value from the Celonis platform, from acquisition through renewal. This role uniquely combines deep process expertise with AI-driven transformation for the public sector.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Translate strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and evangelize Process Intelligence.
• Communicate value opportunities and roadmaps to C-level executives with sales leadership.
• Lead, recruit, and develop Value Engineers through coaching and mentorship.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in value engineering, consulting, or related roles.
• Domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading strategic transformation initiatives like Shared Services or System Transformation.
• Proven track record of applying value-selling methodologies in a enterprise software context.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the public sector.
• Hands-on experience with Celonis or similar Process Intelligence platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree.
