💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AML function within the Legal and GRC Department, implementing KYC/KYB frameworks and ensuring compliance with BSP regulations. Your work will directly safeguard the platform's integrity and user trust.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead AML function and implement anti-money laundering programs
• Develop and monitor KYC/KYB frameworks
• Review accounts with red flags and recommend actions
• Collaborate with teams to ensure AML compliance

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree in business, accounting, law or similar
• 5+ years of regulatory and AML compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of BSP and AMLC regulations
• CAMS certification or equivalent
