💼 About This Role
You'll manage a portfolio of strategic client partnerships in Maple's Direct Partnerships team, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You'll drive retention, expansion, and client satisfaction while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing. This role combines relationship management with a results-oriented mindset.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with Enterprise-level client accounts.
- Lead client meetings and business reviews to drive value.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead onboarding and program implementation for new clients.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in client success or account management.
- Experience managing Enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive retention and revenue growth via upsells.
- Strong project management and cross-functional initiative skills.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital health.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Looker).
