💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of strategic client partnerships in Maple's Direct Partnerships team, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You'll drive retention, expansion, and client satisfaction while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing. This role combines relationship management with a results-oriented mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with Enterprise-level client accounts.
  • Lead client meetings and business reviews to drive value.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead onboarding and program implementation for new clients.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in client success or account management.
  • Experience managing Enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive retention and revenue growth via upsells.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional initiative skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital health.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with data tools (e.g., Looker).
