Description

You will monitor and maintain HVAC and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient building operations. You'll perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and work with contractors to keep systems running smoothly.

Requirements

• 3+ years HVAC maintenance experience with preventive maintenance, chiller operations, energy management, and generator troubleshooting
• High school education or equivalent
• Universal Refrigeration Certification
• Strong electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC and mechanical equipment operating conditions
• Promote energy efficiency for electrical, water, and gas consumption
• Supervise maintenance contractors (chiller, generator, water treatment)
• Perform routine and emergency repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and building tours to identify deficiencies
