You'll serve as the operational backbone of the CIH Inventory Leads Program, owning intake and resolution of field-facing inquiries. You'll work with cross-functional teams to improve systems and reduce recurring issues. This role is at the intersection of support, process improvement, and field experience.

• Own centralized intake of agent and field inquiries
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve issues with urgency
• Identify recurring issues and systemic gaps
• Build and maintain centralized knowledge base
