💼 About This Role

You'll join a multi-disciplinary team providing home health care to clients in Hudson County, enabling them to remain at home. You'll perform activities of daily living and home management tasks while enjoying flexible scheduling and stable work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Assist with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices

📋 Requirements

• At least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide
• Completed a recognized Home Health Aide training course and certification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple patients daily
