🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor daily customer service indicators for quality and consistency.
• Update and develop Excel dashboards with pivot tables and formulas.
• Extract, cross-reference, and manipulate datasets using SQL.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to automate tasks and generate insights.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Practical use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, copilots, simple automations).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with capacity planning or workforce management.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
