You'll manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs for a student living property. You'll ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while leading a facilities team. This role offers discretionary annual bonuses and paid parental leave.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage preventative maintenance programs and building services.
  • Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
  • Supervise Facilities Technicians and schedule maintenance work.
  • Conduct regular inspections and manage facilities budgets.

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED, trade school diploma, or military training.
  • 8 years of experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • 5 years experience with building automation systems.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with student living properties.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
  • Certification in facility management.
