💼 About This Role

You'll lead cell-therapy clinical trials from setup through final report at a biotech innovator. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure trial execution with quality and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee trial-level operations for assigned cell-therapy trials
• Manage vendor and site relationships across all trial phases
• Develop recruitment and slot management strategies
• Lead cross-functional and investigator meetings
• Ensure CTMS and eTMF compliance and inspection readiness

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• 8+ years clinical research experience
• 5+ years trial management experience
• Robust oncology experience including cell/gene therapy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CAR-T or highly complex cell therapies
• Knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
