You will provide first-level end-user support in an office environment, handling triage, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive experience through proactive issue resolution. You'll also support conference rooms, assist with hardware deployment, and participate in project work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college or technical education preferred
  • 1-2 years of Level 1 Technical Support experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, and remote tools
  • Triage and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating as needed
  • Deploy and maintain end-user hardware and software
  • Support conference room technology and provide desk-side support
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions
