Description

You will support Hut 8's risk management and insurance programs across diverse operations including large-scale construction, energy infrastructure, bitcoin mining, and data centers. As the central operational hub for insurance and risk activities, you'll ensure policies, claims, and compliance processes run smoothly while helping strengthen the enterprise risk management framework.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, insurance, claims administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance programs and policy structures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in operational environments involving infrastructure, energy, construction, or technology.
• Insurance certifications such as ARM, AINS, or progress toward CPCU/CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration of corporate insurance programs including OCIP, property, general liability, builder's risk, cyber liability, business interruption, and specialized coverages.
• Support insurance policy renewals by gathering underwriting data and operational updates from internal teams.
• Maintain organized records of insurance policies, certificates, and coverage documentation.
• Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from vendors and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate claims intake, documentation, and reporting; act as point of contact between internal teams and insurers.
