You'll join a high-growth team as a customer-facing product expert for Grafana Labs' open-source observability stack. You'll own technical engagements, deliver demos, and partner with Sales to close opportunities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition to customers
• Own technical engagement and close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers
• Provide feedback loop on products and competitive landscape

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Coding bootcamp graduate or post-sales/engineering experience
• Experience with Grafana or observability tools
