• Steer contentious and non-contentious employment matters globally
• Lead litigious matters and manage outside counsel
• Advise People team on employee policies and investigations
• Maintain employment contract templates and SOPs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years post-qualification litigation and employment law experience
• Experience managing a team of lawyers
• US litigation experience (employment and non-employment)
• Stakeholder management and cross-jurisdictional adaptability
