💼 About This Role

You'll lead the finance team for Anduril's Tactical Reconnaissance and Strike division, overseeing financial planning and analysis and program finance for a rapidly scaling defense technology business. Your work will directly impact the long-term success of autonomous drone and rocket motor programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders on financial strategy and decision-making
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances
• Develop executive-level reporting and present insights
• Build data-driven models for pricing, segmentation, and returns

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
• 10-15 years of finance experience in Big Tech, Defense, Manufacturing, or GovCon
• 3-5 years in a senior leadership position
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems like Oracle Fusion or Anaplan

• MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA)
• Experience with Foundry or similar data platforms
