You'll oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, leading up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. You'll drive quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Mentor and develop direct reports through coaching and performance management
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Maintain production capacity and assist with production planning

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
