💼 About This Role

You'll develop new opportunities and strengthen relationships with PME clients at XP Inc., connecting companies to complete financial solutions. You'll act as a protagonist in a dynamic environment, helping to expand our presence in the small and medium enterprise segment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a portfolio of PME clients in the region.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate revenue.
• Map and prospect operations for client accounts.
• Connect clients to XP's full ecosystem of financial products.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Administration or related fields.
• Interest and familiarity with financial markets and SME segment.
• Commercial profile with ability to develop relationships and generate business.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with entrepreneurs and decision-makers.

✨ Nice to Have

• C-Pro I, C-Pro R certification or higher.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, or business development initiatives.
• Experience in commercial environments, client relationship, or financial markets.
