In this role, you will use data and insights to drive product decisions and influence strategy at Luno. You'll partner with product teams to design experiments, analyze customer behavior, and deliver actionable insights that enhance the crypto investment app.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data, analytics, or product analytics role
• Strong foundation in quantitative disciplines (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics)
• Experience partnering with product teams to influence product direction using data
• Proven experience designing, analyzing, and interpreting experiments in a product environment
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases

Responsibilities

• Provide product analytics for data-informed decisions to cross-functional product teams
• Evaluate and optimize growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement
• Design and implement event tracking data for actionable insights
• Design, analyze, and interpret experiments (A/B tests) and ensure learnings translate into action
• Apply segmentation, funnel, and cohort analysis to understand customer behaviors and journeys
