You'll lead cross-platform experience design for a global AI sports camera ecosystem. Your core impact will be unifying user journeys across web, mobile, and notifications to drive habit formation. You'll collaborate with product and engineering to smooth fragmented flows into seamless narratives.

• Identify and smooth fragmented user flows into coherent narratives.
• Ground design decisions in user research for complex interfaces.
• Use emerging tools to bypass bottlenecks and validate ideas rapidly.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align user insight and business impact.

📋 Requirements

• Staff-level experience with portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking.
• Track record of optimizing funnels using data-driven design.
• Self-sufficient in gathering insights and translating ambiguity into design strategies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
