You'll lead and scale an enterprise sales organization in the Central U.S., owning pipeline, forecasting, and revenue outcomes for a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You'll directly drive the most strategic enterprise deals, engaging in complex negotiations and C-level relationships. This role offers the chance to build a scalable sales motion while shaping a key region's growth.

- Lead and scale enterprise sales across Central U.S.
- Manage, coach, and develop Regional Directors.
- Drive complex enterprise deals and executive relationships.
- Build pipeline generation strategies for new logo acquisition.
- Optimize scalable sales motion with cross-functional partners.
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record closing large enterprise deals in high-growth tech.
- Experience selling to enterprise security stakeholders (CISO-level).
- Ability to build pipeline from scratch and drive full-cycle sales.
- Experience in fast-scaling organizations with system-building bias.
