You'll join Viamericas, a leading money transfer company, to maximize revenue through agent recruitment and retention. You'll drive sales growth, manage agent relationships, and ensure service quality. This role offers 80% travel and the chance to impact immigrant communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit new agent locations and service existing accounts.
• Generate leads, call on prospects, and convert new business.
• Provide agent training on products and systems.
• Maintain constant communication with agents and monitor competitors.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years outside sales experience in industry preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish may be required.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
