You'll build and scale the Account Management function at a health insurance startup, defining strategy for client retention and expansion. You'll own gross and net retention, renewals, and broker relationships, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes for employers and their consultants.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in account management, benefits consulting, or HR tech
  • 3+ years leading Account Management or Customer Success teams
  • Proven retention and expansion in recurring revenue model
  • Experience with brokers and employer-sponsored benefits
