You'll build and scale the Account Management function at a health insurance startup, defining strategy for client retention and expansion. You'll own gross and net retention, renewals, and broker relationships, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes for employers and their consultants.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and scale Account Management organization
- Define roles, responsibilities, and team structure
- Own renewal strategy and execution
- Drive expansion revenue through account management
- Engage brokers and executive-level clients
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in account management, benefits consulting, or HR tech
- 3+ years leading Account Management or Customer Success teams
- Proven retention and expansion in recurring revenue model
- Experience with brokers and employer-sponsored benefits
