Description

As a Senior Product Manager II, you will drive product expansion and define strategy for HCP Products, working closely with engineering and design teams. You'll prioritize features, oversee launches, and mentor team members to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch
• Experience with growth stack tools (e.g., Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, and UX best practices

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to inform product direction
• Prioritize product features based on impact and feasibility
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product roadmap development
• Oversee execution of complex product initiatives and lead large-scale launches
