💼 About This Role

You'll help build and shape a new centralized Managed Agent Platform that enables both technical and non-technical users to create AI agents. You'll serve as the bridge between engineers and practitioners, ensuring the platform meets real needs and drives adoption across the organization. This is an early-stage initiative where you'll influence the roadmap from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather requirements from data scientists and translate into engineering feedback
• Evaluate agent platform tooling and document findings and use cases
• Write guides, lead training sessions, and run office hours for platform users
• Create communications to evangelize platform adoption across teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related
• 2-4 years of experience in data science, AI/ML development, or applied analytics
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
• Experience with at least one agent framework like LangChain or LangGraph

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to agent platforms like LangSmith or Vertex AI Agent Builder
• Experience partnering with software engineering or product management teams
