💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical lead for installing and commissioning complex solutions for NICE Public Safety customers. You'll ensure each deployment is stable, secure, and ready for production, working across servers, networking, and telephony. This role offers extensive travel and the opportunity to integrate cutting-edge technologies in real-world environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, commission, upgrade, and cut over NICE systems at customer sites
• Configure servers, virtualization platforms, and telephony integrations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations
• Complete detailed site documentation and as-built handoffs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years relevant implementation experience
• Experience with telephony environments (CISCO CUCM, AVAYA, SIP)
• Strong networking and routing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively on short notice

• AS/BS in Computer Science or related technical degree
• Security+ or A+ certification
• Public safety experience
