You'll partner with hiring managers to align on talent strategy and drive a full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles at Miro. You'll shape the team by bringing in top talent that enables innovation. This role offers the chance to work with a global team and utilize cutting-edge recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
π― What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for GTM roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure positive experience
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system
π Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-cycle Business recruiting experience
- Experience using Greenhouse and Workday
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β¨ Nice to Have
- GTM or agency recruiting experience
- Familiarity with AI tools for recruiting
- Experience with Calendly, Lever, Goodtime
