You'll partner with hiring managers to align on talent strategy and drive a full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles at Miro. You'll shape the team by bringing in top talent that enables innovation. This role offers the chance to work with a global team and utilize cutting-edge recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for GTM roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure positive experience
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-cycle Business recruiting experience
• Experience using Greenhouse and Workday
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✨ Nice to Have

• GTM or agency recruiting experience
• Familiarity with AI tools for recruiting
• Experience with Calendly, Lever, Goodtime
