🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end content portfolio strategy and execution

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in instructional design or content strategy
• Proven experience managing a large-scale content library
• Strong leadership managing instructional design or content development teams
• Deep expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory
