You'll lead the design evolution of Jobber's sales pipeline, turning complex workflows into intelligent product experiences that help small home service businesses grow. You'll shape the future-state vision, drive UX strategy, and mentor other designers.

• **Own the future-state experience vision** for the sales pipeline and sales suite
• **Lead high-impact design work** from concept through delivery
• **Define interaction patterns** for emerging product capabilities
• **Influence product strategy** through strong thinking and communication

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and complex workflow design
• Experience designing intelligent product experiences and using evolving tools
• Track record of influencing product and engineering partners at strategic level

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in sales tools, CRM, quoting, pricing, or operational SaaS products
• Experience owning large product areas in growth-stage SaaS companies
